Improve your mobility, flexibility, and balance. As we know that Exercise and nutrition are essential parts of a healthy lifestyle throughout one’s life. As per our age increase, it also effect to biology changes. So exercise is most important for seniors too just like exercise is important to kids which we have seen in our other articles. A growing body of research shows how regular exercise is especially important for older people and that more and more older people are choosing an active lifestyle instead of a sedentary one.
