Exercise for eyes

If you are working more on computer or anything like this gadget then you may feel stress in your eyes or you may also stress in your eyes if your job is such type where you may not take rest for your eyes.

As per doctor advise you need to rest your eyes and need to follow some exercise for it. Eye exercise need for better eye vision and also need to reduce future disease related to eyes. Eye exercise can comfort to your eyes and especially if your eyes get irritated at work. Continues stress on eyes can cause following :

  • blurred vision
  • headaches
  • dry eyes
  • eye strain

There are some steps of exercise which you can use at any place including your sitting work place too.

  • First you just hold your pointer finger a few inches away from your eye
  • Now you just try to focus on your finger
  • Then slowly slowly move your finger away from your face in left/right side, but you still you hold your focus on finger
  • Now you just Look away for a moment into the distance
  • Now after 2 or 3 seconds again you focus on your fingers back
  • Now again look away and focus on something in the distance
  • You just repeat this steps for 5 to 7 times as you can do.

I am sure that this exercise will really help you regarding eye comfort.

There are some tips that you need to follow for better eye health.

  • Regularly you go for eye check. At least you should go one time in a year after age 60
  • Wear sunglasses
  • Eat healthy food that is good for eyes
  • Maintain a healthy weight
  • Quit smoking
  • Wash your eyes regularly. As specially when you come at home. Wash your eyes before go to bed is very good.
